- Use Google Meet. 

  • Test it beforehand and contact me if any technical issues arise.
  • Find a quiet, private location and use headphones for privacy.


- Our discussion will last 50-60 minutes.

  • Please log on 5 minutes early. 
  • Notify me ASAP if rescheduling is needed. 


- This is a one-time consultation to assess your concerns and provide recommendations. 

  • I cannot offer ongoing treatment, but am considering a full outpatient private practice in the near future.


- By participating, you consent to virtual treatment and recording.  

  • This will allow you to review our discussion afterward with full audio-visual and AI-assisted session notes.
  • Further details are provided upon scheduling.


- The $250 fee covers our discussion, family call, records review, and consultation note. 

  • Please pay beforehand via Venmo.
  • Voyage Clinic, Utah Stem Cell and USC Spa patients are only $150.
